Creator terms
What happens from campaign acceptance through confirmation and payment.
1. How these terms apply
These Creator Terms supplement the Terms of Service for people who join the Larkspur network or accept a campaign. The Privacy Policy explains information practices. A campaign receipt adds the specific commercial terms for that campaign. By accepting a live campaign, you agree to all four documents.
2. Joining and eligibility
Joining the network is free and does not guarantee or require work. You must be at least 18, legally able to contract and authorized to use each submitted account. Provide an accurate name, email and public Instagram link, keep them current and never send Larkspur a password, login code or recovery credential.
3. Your choice
You decide whether to accept each campaign. There is no minimum volume, exclusivity or penalty for declining unless a specific, separately accepted agreement clearly says otherwise. Before acceptance, you should be able to review the partner, action, amount, currency, timing, eligibility, proof and any usage rights.
4. Campaign receipt
The receipt is the record of the deal. It should identify the required action, approved account, deadline, gross creator rate, review window, payout timing and rail, disclosure requirements, correction process and any licence. Ask hello@larkspur.tech before accepting if a material term is unclear.
5. Completing the work
Complete only the action you accepted, from the approved authentic account and within the stated window. Follow the brief, applicable law and platform rules. Bots, purchased engagement, false or altered evidence, undisclosed account substitution, coordinated manipulation, duplicate submissions, impersonation and deceptive conduct are prohibited.
6. Advertising disclosure
Payment or another benefit can create a material connection. Make any required disclosure clear, conspicuous, understandable and close to the relevant action or message. Follow the receipt, Federal Trade Commission guidance and platform rules. If an instruction appears misleading or asks you to hide the relationship, stop and contact Larkspur.
7. Evidence and confirmation
Submit the evidence listed in the receipt and keep the action live for any stated verification period. Larkspur will approve the work or provide a specific reason it could not be confirmed. Where the problem is eligible to be fixed, Larkspur will provide a reasonable correction opportunity within the campaign schedule.
8. Payment
Approved work is paid at the rate, in the currency and through the rail stated in the receipt. Larkspur’s public operating target is payment in under 24 hours after confirmation. Processor timing, weekends, identity or tax verification, sanctions screening, suspected fraud and documented disputes may delay final receipt. Any fee, foreign-exchange treatment or minimum payout must be disclosed before acceptance.
9. Classification and taxes
The actual working relationship and applicable law determine whether a creator is an employee or independent contractor; a label, invoice or tax form does not override California classification rights. Where the relationship is lawfully independent, creators control their methods subject to the accepted result and remain responsible for properly assigned taxes and expenses. Larkspur will make required deductions, contributions and reports when the law requires them.
10. Content and usage rights
You keep ownership of your original content and pre-existing materials. Larkspur receives only the limited right needed to review, verify and document the campaign. A partner may reuse creator content only under an express receipt term that states media, territory, duration, editing, exclusivity and whether paid amplification is allowed. No unstated perpetual or worldwide licence is granted.
11. Confidential information
Nonpublic launch details, access links, briefs, rates and partner materials identified as confidential may be used only to evaluate or complete the campaign. This does not restrict information already public, independently known or lawfully received, or a good-faith report to Larkspur, a regulator or legal adviser.
12. Safety, refusals and reporting
Do not complete a brief that appears unsafe, discriminatory, deceptive, unlawful or materially different from the accepted receipt. Report it to hello@larkspur.tech. A good-faith report does not forfeit an already approved balance or prevent consideration for unrelated work.
13. Restrictions and review
Larkspur may pause opportunities to investigate fraud, protect the network, comply with law or address a material breach. Where practical, we will identify the reason and provide a review path. Approved earnings will not be withheld solely because a profile is closed. Serious fraud, legal process or chargeback evidence may affect payment as allowed by law.
14. Third-party platforms
Instagram and other platforms are independent services with their own rules and enforcement. Larkspur cannot guarantee that an action will remain available or that a platform will not moderate an account. Tell Larkspur promptly if a platform outage or enforcement action prevents completion; do not evade platform controls.
15. Changes and contact
Material changes do not retroactively alter an accepted campaign without your agreement. Larkspur may update these terms for future campaigns by posting a new effective date and providing additional notice when required. Questions, review requests and notices may be sent to hello@larkspur.tech.
